Balloon Time Helium Kits make DIY balloon décor simple and fun. This portable helium tank for balloons allows for easy and convenient setup whether at home or on-the-go, making it perfect for any occasion, including birthdays, bridal showers, everyday moments and graduations. For best results, inflate your latex or foil balloons 1-2 hours before your event. The Helium Kit includes a 12” helium/air mixture tank, a spool of white ribbon and 50 nine-inch latex balloons in assorted colors. Foil and specialty balloons are sold separately. Inflating is easy: Open the tank by rotating the green value four full turns. Place the balloon on the black nozzle; hold in place. Gently press down near the end of the black nozzle to release helium. Fill latex balloons to resemble the shape of an egg, not a lightbulb. Tie a knot in the balloon and attach ribbon between the knot and the end of the balloon. Close the tank twisting the green valve when you are finished to save unused helium for later use.
